Contacting Check n' Become is not responding to my asking to contact me in obtaining my personal information and documents. First you call the Feedback Department. Then, it goes to a 3-4 business organisation days for someone in Corporate Office to contact me. It has been about I Week and I however have not been contacted by anyone for Check n Get Corporate Office. Now, the Feedback is having some other feedback for returning calls to me in a timely manner. I adopt to speak to someone in the Check due north Get Corporate in urgent matters and not be IGNORED. I would beloved to give a better rating; even so a NO RESPONSE IS A RESPONSE by Corporate Check n Go. Thanks, but no thank you.

I practical with Cheque n Go and accept been getting calls from many loan leaders, Check northward Get is selling your information. The calls and emails won't stop at present. Was approved by all of them except Bank check due north Go from the looks of it. You should be sued. I was trying to business with Check n Go not any other visitor.

I took out a loan for $1500. I fabricated 4 payments of $250. Paid information technology off. When I called customer service trying to even get through to a bodily representative was damn about impossible. I'k almost impossible merely when I finally did they told me my remaining residual was $1417. This was already after making 4 payments. Is totally a $1000. When ask when I ask them why they said, "Oh because you haven't been paying the master just the interest." How accept I not been paying for both at the aforementioned time? Then what are the terminal few payments all towards principal solitary cause this company is shady.
The only reason I took the loan was because there was no early on payoff fee. Instead information technology ended up costing me a grand. DO Non USE THIS COMPANY Fifty-fifty IF Yous Really NEED THE Money. IT'Southward NOT WORTH It. Also when y'all attempt to contact Customer service you will never become through to an actual operator to deal with your problems unless y'all cull the option to open a new loan. If you lot say you have an existing loan and would like to make a payment you lot will get put in a computerized loop until y'all just requite up and then if you wanna talk to bodily client support y'all have to hit the selection for opening a new loan otherwise yous'll never get through to anyone human.

I was in need of a loan desperately and no one else would fifty-fifty talk to me. And then I came in and Melissa then she is the managing director and she has a busy schedule but she went out of her way to help me. She not only helped me to get a loan, she was able to go me an offering that exceeded my needs, and she easily and speedily made the adjustments and worked out the details for me and did so at interest rates and payments that are easy on my budget. People should steer clear of these deceptive tactics, they volition not give their customers a gamble to brand correct on a loan. I tried to work something out with these greedy chicken hawks tried to change my payday with this company, but nope nothing doing, I was a consistent customer, but ane mistake, and they will screw their customers. Wolves in wolves' article of clothing. 1.iv stars should say everything. I will never do business with this dishonest, predatory lending, steer clear.

The company was fine until they got a partner, Pocket 365. I have to use an email to ship information, I can't send it through the website anymore. I become paid on the second Wed of every calendar month and sometimes it tin can be 5 weeks. This is suddenly an issue also. I have to await a week to take out another loan. I wish they would become rid of Pocket 360.

I have been denied a dwelling loan considering of this visitor. I had to utilize their services couple years dorsum and had paid it off but they never closed the account on the state database then when I was applying for my home loan I was denied because of an open loan in the state database. Well, when I call to take them update information technology the database they gave me the runaround so was told it was taken intendance of, to think in 1 hour so I recollect two hrs afterward and still no alter. They and so continue to tell me it's not on their cease, that there'southward aught they can practise. In this unabridged process, I had called 28 times, hung upwards on 3 times and lied to. God only knows how many.

I took out a online payday loan. The loan is due on the 20th (today). They have the payment from my checking account. I called to pay the residuum of the loan and was told that the balance has increased $300 considering I did not call them yesterday to typhoon the entire rest. The payment is due today! I feel taken advantage of. The customer service rep did non satisfy the respond as to why i twenty-four hour period is costing me $300.00 I have never had an issue with other companies! Buyer beware!

Went to the store in Palmdale, California, to fill out an application, it took at least i 60 minutes to stop this process, return on Feb 28, 2020, to pay on a loan and re-infringe it back again, I piece of work in LA and Alive in Palmdale, it was a 2-hr wait merely to pay dorsum money I had already borrowed, had to get out and return again and notwithstanding, information technology was no promise in getting this transaction done in a timely manner.
I was then frustrated and upset until I left again and came back for the third time and it was only two people to be waited on in this store, I had to wait 20 more minutes for assistance. I have never been to a store and waited this long for a check cashing transaction to get taken care of, then this was horrible!!!! I hope the Corporate function do something about this because this is really bad customer service, and I mean bad!!!! I would of beloved to exercise a skillful review of this place but today I saw this store at it worse. And why is information technology a person can only infringe $100.00 or $255.00, no in between???? I do not really understand that part. Please set this problem of the long await times, considering you volition not continue to have customers with this horrible system in this store. I am a very busy person and had a lot to practise this particular mean solar day and miss my appointment because of the long expect fourth dimension.

I went to cash a check yesterday. I just moved out to the area and the check was $250. $50 more than than Walmart would cash. I have never been to a Cheque and Go. Due to a series of unfortunate events I no longer have a bank account. When I entered the store I was greeted by two very friendly ladies. I asked if they could greenbacks my check. She said aye. She took the cheque, Handed me some fliers about one.9% cheque cashing on tax returns and asked if I could give her an outstanding google review while she processed the bank check. She stopped and showed me how to go that completed and once I did it she told me it would exist $xvi! I thought that was insane just I went ahead and agreed because I needed the money to pay a pecker.
She continued to get information and process the check, took my social security number and afterwards several minutes said information technology was approved merely she just had $100 cash and the balance would be on a Netspend card. I realize that At that point I should accept left but I had already been there a very long time and to be honest I was sorta in a country of daze. I will absolutely NEVER go to that shop once again or recommend information technology to anyone!! I experience like people will falsely read reviews that they had a expert experience when it was similar to mine!! I left with only $100 greenbacks and a prepaid card that every time I withdraw money I am charged Boosted fees!! BAMBOOZLED!!! Do not waste your time. I am so aroused and disappointed with check n go. I worked difficult for that little $250 and they basically robbed me. Do non employ them!!
